Demolition Operative/ Labourers Needed! Opportunity for Long Term Work Working Hours - Mon - Fri (7:30 - 5/6pm) Rate of Pay - £17.50 ph CIS We're looking for Demolition Operatives/ Labourers to carry out demolition and general labouring duties on construction or deconstruction sites safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the demolition of structures including buildings, walls, and other construction elementsOperate hand tools, power tools, and small plant equipment (subject to training and certification)Sort and remove debris, recyclable materials, and hazardous waste from siteCarry out soft strip works (removal of non-structural elements such as fittings, ceilings, flooring etc.)Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure work is carried out safely and on scheduleLoad and unload building materials, equipment, and toolsErect and dismantle temporary structures such as fencing and scaffolding (if trained)Maintain a clean and safe working environmentAssist other trades and site personnel as requiredAdhere to company policies and site safety procedures at all timesRequirements: Previous experience in construction or demolition rolesGood level of physical fitness and staminaAbility to work in a physically demanding and sometimes hazardous environmentCSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (preferred)Awareness of Health & Safety practices on siteAbility to work as part of a team and take direction#J-18808-Ljbffr
