Main Duties of the JobManage and organise a defined caseload, addressing the health needs of children according to evidence-based practice. Undertake in-depth health assessments for Children in Care, children who are subject to a Child Protection Plan, and vulnerable children, and work according to the Berkshire LSCB Policies and Procedures. Provide targeted health interventions to children and young people with identified health needs. Collaborate with schools, children’s social care, and other Public Health partners to deliver the universal Healthy Child Programme.
