Your responsibilities will include: Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner. Transferring calls efficiently. Responding to customer queries. Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments. Our store Located on Market Place in Oldham, our busy store has ample public parking available nearby and public transport links. These include: Customer service experience in an office or retail environment. Strong and effective communication skills. A keen eye for detail.
