Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenancies, providing estate management services, and developing community partnerships. Key responsibilities include: Managing tenancies, including voids, commencements, and surrenders. Providing planned maintenance and consultation services to tenants. Liaising with the Housing Executive's leasehold unit regarding leaseholders. Developing professional relationships with partners and stakeholders. Requirements To be considered for this position, you must possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in housing management. You should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a customer-focused environment.
