Your role will involve dealing with the HR administration and processes to provide support to some of the HR functions. This position is an active role as you will be undertaking the role of an HR Administrator to support the service delivered at all times. The role will cover a broad range of HR activities and processes.Location: LeedsHours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week.Salary: Negotiation on experience £26k+Responsibilities – But Not Limited ToFulfil the role of an HR administrator ensuring that service standards are adhered to Dealing with the HR inbox and directing queries to the relevant people Answering emails and telephone calls and advising on basic HR issues Processing Change of Contracts and assisting with onboarding documentation Updating Cascade - HR Management System and other systems Liaising with Payroll/Training/IT to ensure new starters and leaver information is updated promptly Complete incoming references as required Applying for new employee references and chasing General administration support around the department Dealing with information of a confidential nature This role is working closely with the HR business partners and recruitment team as well as the payroll and finance teams.The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a previous HR role or a position where HR administration was part of the role or have a strong administration background.Experience And Qualifications Required For The RoleGood administration background - HR Admin experience would be beneficial Strong communication skills to deal with all levels of staff Excellent Microsoft office skills Cascade experience would be advantageous Proactive and ability to change and adapt in a fast moving environment working to strict deadlines Accuracy What You Will Get In ReturnIn joining the Lanes Group, the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
