Job Summary The position advertised is for a Bank Role within Atrium Cafe at RBH. We are looking for an enthusiastic person/s with great customer service skills to serve our staff, patients and visitors in a vibrant and busy environment.Main duties of the job Main duties of the role include: Assisting in providing high-quality service to staff, patients and visitors. Performing general catering duties including the preparation and service of speciality coffees and other hot beverages. Heating and serving food products, operating a till, replenishing stock, clearing and cleaning the seating areas and use of a dishwasher. General cleaning duties and to follow any reasonable instructions from the supervisor. Assisting with the temperature recording of food. Experience Essential: Minimum of one years experience in a Catering environment. Transferable skill/s (e.g Customer service experience). Other Essential: Good general understanding of food safety regulations. Able to work as part of a team and build good relations. Openness to change. Have the ability to respond quickly to different situations. Desirable: Prior experience in a food related business. Holding previous food related qualifications. Awareness of Allergens and Food safety.
