T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed. Due to expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that have some fantastic growth plans. Job Details; 31,200 per annum Annual bonus scheme Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm 40 hour working week Company pension scheme 21 days holiday + bank holidays when permanent Free tea / coffee Uniform provided Permanent position Free parking & Canteen facility on site Welder Role & Responsibilities include; Laser welding products (laser welding training will be provided). Completing Mig & Tig Welding duties Completing some mechanical assembly Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Fabrication work on the products Quality checking the products Relaying build issues to the production manger Any other duties as required Welder Person Specification; Welding experience is essential previous experience using a Laser Welder is preferred but not essential. Certificate or evidence of Welding training is required.
