Content Designer / Copywriter Rate: Up to £570 Inside IR35 Via Umbrella Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract (scope for extension) Location: Edinburgh – Hybrid ( 2 Days on site) Responsibilities: Work as part of agile teams, collaborating with designer, product owners and engineers to identify priorities and define scope.Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project on key decisions and milestones as well as to manage expectations Be a proactive member of the design team, sharing knowledge, ideas and embedding principles of design across a range of product, service, and customer journeys.Shape strategic initiatives ensuring, customer and market insight when creating or enhancing propositions and services.Attend workshops, making sure the business context, needs and risks are properly understoodSupport the research and document current and future state services. Skills & Experience Required:Worked as a Content Designer within Financial services Additional Public sector experience would be highly advantageousUX Writing, content creation and copywriting experience Life Insurance product Knowledge Use of Figma and Jira
