We’re looking for an experiencedStore Manager Designateto lead our teams inthe Brighton/Hove area . Reporting to theArea Manager , you’ll take full responsibility for managing your store and driving its success. You will focus onmaximising sales , meetingKPIs , and creating a highly engaged and high-performing team. You’ll lead from the front, with a hands-on approach, making the store a great place to work and shop. Key responsibilities include: Managing the store’s daily operations, fromstock controltocustomer service . Leading and motivating a team to exceedsales targetsand deliver top-tier performance across all KPIs. Building a positive and fun work environment that inspires and engages your team. Ensuring the store meets all health and safety requirements. Providing excellent customer experiences, ensuring Pets at Home lives up to its reputation as theBest Pet Care Business in the World . Who are we looking for? You’ll have at least2 years of retail management experience , managing a team of 10 or more in a fast-paced environment. You’re passionate aboutretailand have a track record of achieving outstanding results. You’reflexibleand able to work a7-day shift pattern , including weekends and bank holidays. You’re a strongteam playerwith excellent communication skills, able to engage and inspire your team. You’re excited to undertake6 months of industry-leading training , covering everything fromcustomer serviceandpet caretohealth & safety .
