What you will do: Lead and manage a team of practitioners, focusing on delivering high-quality occupational therapy services. Supervise, line-manage, and mentor senior practitioners and other team members within your designated service area. Ensure all staff provide a person-centred and strengths-based approach to service delivery for users, carers, and families. Ensure compliance with Safeguarding Adults policies and local and national legislation. Manage team performance in relation to health and social care key performance indicators. Contribute to Freedom of Information requests, handle complaints, and provide necessary reports and feedback. Requirements: HCPC registration is required. Preferred two years of experience in a similar role. A valid driver's licence is preferable to facilitate service delivery across various locations.
