Demolition Operative/ Labourers Needed! Opportunity for Long Term Work Working Hours - Mon - Fri (7:30 - 5/6pm) Rate of Pay - £17.50 ph CIS We're looking for Demolition Operatives/ Labourers to carry out demolition and general labouring duties on construction or deconstruction sites safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the demolition of structures including buildings, walls, and other construction elements Operate hand tools, power tools, and small plant equipment (subject to training and certification) Sort and remove debris, recyclable materials, and hazardous waste from site Carry out soft strip works (removal of non-structural elements such as fittings, ceilings, flooring etc.) Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure work is carried out safely and on schedule Load and unload building materials, equipment, and tools Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as fencing and scaffolding (if trained) Maintain a clean and safe working environment Assist other trades and site personnel as required Adhere to company policies and site safety procedures at all times Requirements:Previous experience in construction or demolition roles Good level of physical fitness and stamina Ability to work in a physically demanding and sometimes hazardous environment CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (preferred) Awareness of Health & Safety practices on site Ability to work as part of a team and take direction Job InfoJob Title:Demolition Operative/ Labourer Company:RBU Sales UK Ltd ta I Recruit UK Location:Sheffield, South Yorkshire Posted:Apr 16th 2025 Closes:May 17th 2025 Sector:Other Contract:Temporary Hours:Full Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
