The Role Lead with Confidence: In this hands-on supervisor role, youll oversee a team of installation engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of both business-as-usual and project-based installations. Youll act as the key point of contact on site, providing leadership, technical guidance, and quality control throughout the process. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising the installation of fibre, Cat6, and Cat6A structured cabling Overseeing cabinet and containment installations Ensuring proper termination, testing, and patching of all copper and fibre solutions Managing health & safety on-site Leading toolbox talks and ensuring compliance Liaising with clients and project managers for smooth delivery ??
