Your Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage service performance in real-time Analyse data to drivecontinuous improvement Develop alternative disruption plans for planned/unplanned events Support drivers with live updates and problem-solving Investigate incidents and prepare reports Foster strong workingrelationships across teams What We're Looking For: Strong customer services experience Passion for providing areliable and quality service A PCV licence(mandatory or ability to obtain) Strongcommunication and leadership skills Experience in transport,operations, or a similar role Ability to work under pressure and make quickdecisions Why Join Us?
