About The RoleDuty Shift ManagerWorking: 4 on 4 off - days & night Pay rate: £16.36 per hourA fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Duty Shift Manager who will work at our client's prestigious site.As a Duty Shift Manager based in one of our clients busy Corporate Estates your main duty is to ensure the safety and security of your team, the client, their employees, visitors, their premises, and property upon the estate. It is a requirement to hold a valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) & CCTV. Duties as a Duty Shift Manager To maintain a safe and secure environment by protecting people, property and assets by undertaking dynamic risk reviews of site to help identify threat and vulnerability and taking appropriate action to mitigate risk To fully implement any client threat escalation procedures on becoming aware of any matter that may threaten the security and or safety of the estate, assets and people with legitimate business on the site To respond to all aspects of the estate emergency responses i.e. Fire and emergency alarm system(s) and cascade relevant information to the command and control for the incident Monitor the Fire Alarm and security systems and relay any information via radio/ necessary for the safety of the Estate To assist the deputy security manager or the Head of Security by carry out reviews utilising available technology as required and to ensure reports are completed and provided in timely manner Undertake any other duties that are reasonable and necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Estate To carry out any investigations as required and to ensure reports are completed and provided in a speedy fashion to the client and the Security Management Team Escalate all incidents and accidents in accordance with the agreed procedures on the Assignment Instructions To manage and deal in a calm manner with any level of emergency including dealing with managing fire alarm activations and the evacuation of the development Ensure smooth run of the day-to-day operation in a highly demanding Security Control Room.Job role requirements as a Duty Shift Manager Minimum of 3 years' experience within a security environment.
