MDE are currently looking for a CNC Mill/Turner - Programmer level, on behalf of a renowned Aerospace Component manufacturer in Poole, Dorset.Your main responsibilities will involve: Programming, setting and operating CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines with FANUC operating control system to produce turned components to customer drawings and specificationsProducing offline and online CNC programs. Knowledge and experience of Edgecam software/programming is an advantage but not essentialInspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirementsGeneral high standard of engineering ability fully skilledMaintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S Your skills and qualifications as a fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator: Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineeringGeneral high standard of engineering ability fully skilledWorking knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential What we are looking for in you: Adept with FANUC Controls and have solid experience in the aerospace industry.
