Lead Maintenance Engineer Oxford - 50,000 Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to be based a commercial estate in Oxford. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance as well as taking a lead on other members of the engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression . In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of 50,000 with a potential route into further career progression and management. Key duties & Responsibilities General Lighting Changing Ballasts Emergency Light Tests LED Lighting Small installations Fault-finding Lamping Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Plumbing Maintain and update Log books Monitor the BMS systems Arrange specialist sub-contractors Hours of Work Monday to Friday 8am 5pm 50,000 25 Days Holiday Matched Pension contribution Requirements .Electrical / Mechanical Qualifications Level 2/3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent .18 th Edition .A good understanding of all trades .Good communication skills TPBN1_UKTJ
