Job SummaryThe post holder will be based at the Clinical Research Facility, Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, but may, rarely, be required to support researchers working in other areas of UHS NHS Trust. The Research Department oversees the management of a diverse portfolio of clinical trials. The post holder will be required to provide administrative support to our clinical teams, maintaining clinical trial documents and databases.Main duties of the jobThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Clinical Research Facility at University Hospitals Sussex. Working alongside the Research Nurses and Trial Co-ordinators at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, you will provide administrative support to the Clinical Research team, generated by the trials. You will also be responsible for the collection, collation, and input of clinical trial data. This will include using electronic systems.The post would suit somebody wishing to develop a career in clinical trial administration or study co-ordination.
