Loadhog Limited are looking for an Apprentice Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to complete a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance apprenticeship and join their team. As an apprentice at Loadhog, the candidate will get hands-on training and support from experienced colleagues, and play their part in supporting the innovative manufacturing company. Role & Responsibilities:Predictive maintenance Reactive maintenance Mechanical:Basic bench fitting Milling, turning, drilling, welding and grinding General breakdown repair Reading from technical drawings electrical and hydraulic Basic PLC interrogation Basic electrical skills Basic robotic programming Electrical:PLC programming Electrical fault finding (low and high voltage) Robotic programming Electrical panel building Electrical installations Skills Required:A confident team player, happy working with a multitude of people Able to work with meticulous attention to detail An effective problem solver, able to work collaboratively Personal Qualities the Candidate Must Have:Proactive and organised Able to work independently Commercially focused, with a positive attitude Flexible, reliable and willing to learn Loadhog are a multi-award winning UK manufacturing company where genuine innovation lies at the heart of everything we do. Things to Consider:During the first year you will be required to attend the University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre in Sheffield, full time for an initial block of study. You will return to your workplace one Friday per month. After the initial block training you will attend the AMRC Training Centre for one day a week to undertake the knowledge study. The remaining four days will be spent in company learning on the job. Please note the AMRC Training Centre reserves the right to close applications ahead of the published closing date. Qualification Requirements:Advanced Apprenticeships Entry Requirements: GCSE English language C or 4 or above GCSE Maths C or 4 or above. Applicants are also required to successfully complete a series of assessments at the University of Sheffield’s AMRC Training Centre, as well as an employer recruitment and selection process to secure a place on an apprenticeship programme.#J-18808-Ljbffr
