Job summary Applications are invited for the full time position Clerical Officer / Receptionist. The post holder will primarily be the first point of contact for the general public, staff, patients, carers who require assistance. A key part of the role is to provide administrative support to the Community Hospital with the successful applicant being based in Mold Community Hospital. This will also include working on a Saturday on a rota basis. You will be required to cover other areas of Trust areas when needed. The ability to speak Welsh is Essential for this role. There will be a need to work on ones own initiative but also as part of a team. The post holder must have a helpful and pleasant manner with an enthusiasm to do their utmost in achieving a patient's expectations and requirements, making their clinical journey run as smooth as possible.
