FLT Driver Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a FLT Driver to join a renowned manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis based in Birtley for an immediate start. The FLT Driver will need to be flexible to work both days (8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday) and nights (9pm - 5am Sunday - Thursday). The rate of pay is £11.44 for days and £15.25 for nights. The successful candidate must be happy working outside. Key ResponsibilitiesOperation of a counterbalance for transporting products within the yard area Transporting products within the designated area with a counter-balance forklift truck Loading and unloading wagons using a counter-balance forklift truck Labelling and shrink wrapping pallets when required Manually lifting products and placing materials within the warehouse Scanning items in and out of the warehouse with stock control systems Must have a valid counterbalance forklift truck licence, either in-house or recognised Be able to work both individually and in a team Should be able to start almost immediately Comfortable working on both days and nights rotations BenefitsFree onsite parking On-going work in a secure industry Good location, and opportunities to progress within the company Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.
