Role: 4 x Day a Week Nanny (Maternity Cover) Care for: Boy’s 6 & 10 years Days / Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 7:30am -7:30pm Location: Clapham, South West London Start: August – 2025 We are seeking a fantastic, educationally focused nanny to care for two boys, aged 6 and 10, to cover their current nanny’s maternity leave after 10 years of service. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, fun, and engaging, with a natural affinity for school-aged children. You should have a genuine interest in child development and the ability to support them in reaching their full potential. This is a role within a professional family, where you will take responsibility for the children’s daily routines, manage their schedules, arrange activities and playdates, and support them with homework. The older boy is currently preparing for the 11+ exams, so a nanny or teacher with an educational focus and experience in 11+ preparation would be highly desirable. The family employs a part-time housekeeper, and the nanny will be expected to undertake light nursery duties and prepare fresh, healthy meals for the boys. Assistance with light family PA tasks would also be appreciated. A confident driver is preferred but not essential. A car is available for work use, and parking is provided for nannies who drive to work. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a nanny or teacher, working with children of a similar age is required.
