Kitchen Porter Overview: You will have a willingness to handle various responsibilities, follow instruction and work under supervision. Our main kitchen produces the food for all outlets in the hotel, and on occasions different events can be running simultaneously! You should be reliable and hardworking with the ability to provide exceptional service and deliver consistently high standards. Some kitchen experience would be desirable, but not essential. Kitchen Porter Key Responsibilities: To clean all crockery and cooking equipment such as used pots, pans, trays etc., using the washing up facilities provided. To maintain cleanliness of all walls, floors, work surfaces and equipment as per cleaning schedule. To clear any refuse from the kitchen areas and empty all refuse bins as often as necessary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
