Responsible for replacing medical gas cylinders and ensuring safe transportation and storage procedures are followed. Perform daily Pharmacy, Pathology and various other stock/top up and collection runs, which may include handling blood and other sample products in sealed containers. Participate in a practical assessment, short reading and writing test during the interview process. Undertake a driving assessment and complete a satisfactory driving assessment each year to retain employment. Person specificationAbility to understand, absorb, write and comply with detailed procedures in English. Full Driving Licence with no more than 3 points. Able to work extra hours on occasions and provide reasonable flexibility in terms of hours worked, including Christmas, New Year & other Bank Holidays. Previous experience of working with members of the public. Driving licence with categories C1 & D1. Actively seeks to develop their own knowledge, skills and ability. Previous experience of using a two-way radio communication system. Dear Potential Applicant, Please note that the salary advertised is for full-time hours.
