Dealing with telephone calls from the users of the departmental services. Daily postal duties. Print address labels for outside Hospitals as required, amend database of addresses as changes occur. Photocopying as required. Reception cover as required. Training Immunology staff to enable them to cover, when necessary, clerical duties within the department.
