An established and growing food manufacturing business is looking for an experiencedMaintenance Managerto lead its engineering team and ensure the smooth running of operations on a day-to-day and longer-term basis. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment. Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime. Ensure compliance with health 'safety and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability. About You: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
