Job Description

The post holder is responsible for the operational delivery of high-performing therapy services, managing integrated teams and the financial and physical resources which support those teams. They are also responsible for developing and improving services by working with others, understanding key issues, developing plans, and implementing change. High levels of communication and engagement are required throughout. The Clinical Service Manager will work closely with all members of the Admin, AHP, Medical and Nursing teams in the development of services. They will have line management responsibility for Lead Therapists/Operational Leads, and Assistant Service Manager, and will contribute to a clinical workload within the Service.
