Operations and Customer Service Executive E-CommerceLondon Permanent Depending on Experience A global sports brand is seeking an Operations and Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support B2B customer service operations by managing order entry, coordinating product allocation, and maintaining clear communication with the warehouse to ensure smooth delivery processes. This role focuses on Ecommerce, so managing Ecommerce orders is a must; experience with Amazon is preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery Enter customer orders accurately into the system Manage and track product allocations Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer queries and address product-related concerns Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and delivery delays Identify and report recurring issues, and contribute to developing solutions that enhance the overall customer experience Please click the apply button to send your CV to Nadine Tipping, remembering to state your current salary and package.
