Videographer/ PodcasterSalary: From £30,800 dependent on skills and experiencePermanentHybrid working (office based in Oswestry) – Currently 2 days in the office per weekClosing Date: Friday 25th April 2025Your role:You will be responsible for planning, directing, filming and editing engaging content through the medium of video and podcast. The role works across the business, internally and externally, supporting and, in many cases, owning key strategic projects to deliver high quality content that underpins the value of our brand and strengthens our reputation.Working as part of a bigger marketing team, the role will support to establish a vibrant and buoyant calendar of activity that strengthens loyalty with existing customers as well as drives lead traffic into the business.What you’ll be doing:Drive video projects through from pre-production to the post-production process to achieve interesting video content whilst maintaining brand integrity. Coordinate with Marketing and stakeholders to conceptualise video ideas all the way to the shoot and post-production. Take ownership for pre-production, shooting, editing and assisting in production and post-production, editing from scratch, relying on creative instincts and industry best-practices. Selection and implementing special visual effects, music and special audio for each video. Understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product that can work alongside a well-established team of marketing professionals. Work with third party agencies where required for integrated materials and campaigns. Ensure all video content is produced to a very high standard, from talking heads to motion graphics. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film including music, dialogues, graphics, and effects. We’re looking for:Essential experience in a similar role Proven experience with video content and editing Experience of creation and hosting of podcasts Experience using camera equipment, podcast recording platforms Understanding of sourcing, copyright, research, and analytics Understanding of metrics and measurement and how these influence content Passionate, driven, and creative Ability to work well with a wider team but also work on their own Extremely competent with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio Continuously discover, research, and implement new editing technologies. A confident and decisive communicator Key skill requirements:Educated to Degree Level in a relevant subject area Experience of video production and editing – using Apple Final Cut Pro X and other Editing Packages#J-18808-Ljbffr
