We are looking for a friendly and well-organised experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team, working on a part-time basis across our 3 clinics within Lynton Vet Group. As the face of our practice, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and supporting the smooth running of our clinics. You will work closely with our dedicated vet and nursing teams to ensure the highest level of service for both clients and their pets.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and provide exceptional front-of-house service Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to client queries Process payments and manage insurance-related inquiries Respond to client emails professionally and efficiently Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areasWho we areWe are a long established, Small Animal Veterinary Group.
