Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, Gravesend - Part Time Job Type:Permanent, Part Time Salary:£12.50 hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary Working Patterns:This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly Rota. Role Overview: As an integral part of the ASDA Travel Money Team, you’ll be supporting customers with all their Travel Money needs, from Travel Money to products, and offering great rates. Whether you are heading to Europe or the USA, we are here to take the stress out of Travel, giving customers a great omnichannel experience. Key Responsibilities: Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements. Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services. Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently. Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused. Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries. Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures. Minimum Requirements: Numerically proficient - A firm grasp of numbers is essential as you’ll be handling large amounts of cash and converting vast amounts of currency regularly. Great communicator – Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers. Desire to succeed – A drive to make a difference and care about the impact you have. Interview Process: Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner including a small numerical and accuracy test. In-person bureau visit to meet with the Bureau Manager and see the working environment. Offer or feedback based on the bureau visit.
