HGV Class 1 Driver - Hoddesdon We are currently recruiting for full-time HGV Class 1 drivers forpermanentroles in our depot in Hoddesdon. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, with 8 to 15 drops per day using tail lifts and cages. Must have experience and a Class 1 license for a minimum of 1 year. Immediate starts for successful candidates. Shifts available: 5 on 2 off (5 over 7, but one shift must include a weekend day) Various start times available Day pay rates: Monday to Friday: GBP 15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs: GBP 17.85) Saturday: GBP 17.85 Sunday and Bank Holidays: GBP 23.80 Nights pay rates: Monday to Friday: GBP 18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs: GBP 20.39) Saturday: GBP 20.39 Sunday and Bank Holidays: GBP 27.19 30-minute break deducted per shift only! What we are looking for: In-date DIGI and CPC card. 2 years Class 1 experience. Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful, and organized individual. Willing to work weekends. Motivated and open to learning new skills. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work. Your role: Driving within the WTD and EU regulations and rules. Prepping vehicles for delivery. Completing vehicle checks. Refueling vehicles. Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and that orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
