Alliance Personnel are seeking a talented and creativeScreen Printerto join one of our clients based in Birmingham.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual screen and digital printing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for preparing screens, mixing inks, and operating printing equipment to create vibrant designs on various substrates.DutiesPrepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to light for image transfer. Mix inks to achieve desired colours and consistency for printing. Operate screen printing presses, ensuring accurate registration and quality control throughout the printing process. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications. Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in the design process using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in screen printing and graphic design. Operating Rota roll and flat bed machines.ExperienceProficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Working 38hrs per week, starting at 7am Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday.Temp to perm.#J-18808-Ljbffr
