Typically, they specialise in major shell and core projects in sectors such as commercial offices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and education. They offer excellent exposure and internal training schemes with a hands-on approach to developing their staff.Role:Mechanical Project Manager - £70,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance + PackageRole/Responsibilities: Programming Technical Submittals Procurement Sub-contractor and Labour Management Cost Control Progress Reporting Health & Safety Project & Programme Implementation Understanding of design and drawings Technical & Progress Meetings Regular Site Inspection and Snagging Compilation of O&M Manuals The ideal candidate: Ideally, the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Multiplex, Mace, Lend Lease, and Kier.
