Business Development ManagerWe are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client's growing team based in Norwich. As they focus on the future, they are looking to employ an individual who is capable of growing their sales pipeline, offering their services across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire.This is a full-time, remote/field-based role. You must have a background within Engineering Sales/Business Development, ideally selling services over products, but we are happy to consider both.Key Duties:Winning new and profitable business opportunities across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire by promoting the company’s capabilities and services. Once new customers have been won, the role will evolve and develop into managing, retaining, and growing accounts.Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Understanding of manufacturing, repair, and precision engineering is a massive benefit within this post. Identify areas and businesses that will potentially bring in business, creating and maintaining relationships within the same field in your designated areas. The ability to deal with customers from small machine shops to large corporations. Motivated and driven individual. Able to use Microsoft packages.
