Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive – Newton Abbot, Devon The Opportunity: This boutique law firm is looking to expand its family law team and is searching for a technically excellent Family Lawyer. Plenty of work to be getting on with. Working within this small practice, you will be a true team player and make a big difference. Junior lawyers will get a broad variety of work from the outset. What will you do? Handle privately funded family law matters. You will work on a broad caseload including divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre & post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and more. Work closely with knowledgeable colleagues & HoD. What will you need? Ideally at least 1 year’s PQE as a solicitor or legal executive. Family law experience.
