Employee Assistance Programme - 24/7 access to free counselling & well-being support DBS Check Paid For - No extra cost to youAbout the Role of Compliance & Training Support Co-Ordinator:As Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving compliance across multiple care homes. This is a hands-on position where you will: Conduct compliance audits and produce monthly reports for each home Train and develop staff - including Deputy Managers, Team Leaders & Senior Carers Oversee complaints, safeguarding, and compliance logs to ensure best practices Support homes with external inspections and regulatory preparation Improve care quality standards in homes that require additional support Take part in on-call duties (approximately one weekend in three) Travel to different homes, occasionally staying away from home during the weekWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll need: Deputy Manager experience - Minimum of 2 years in elderly care Training experience - At least 1 year of delivering in-house training (e.g., manual handling, medication) Relevant qualifications - NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) and willingness to study for Level 5/7 (or be an RGN) Strong IT skills - Comfortable with emails, spreadsheets, and documents Full UK Driving Licence - Regular travel required (often 80+ miles per day) Flexibility - Willingness to stay away from home Monday-Friday when necessary Proximity to Sleaford - Must live within 30 miles or 60 minutes' driveBonus Points If You Have: 3+ years as a Deputy Manager in elderly care Previous compliance experience across multiple care homesAbout UsWe are committed to providing the highest standards of elderly care by prioritising our team's well-being and professional growth.
