This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing company, managing multiple high-value projects across the Central Belt.The Role:As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 3-5 contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a variety of commercial, residential, and public sector projects.Key Responsibilities:Managing multiple construction contracts across Edinburgh & Glasgow Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget Leading and mentoring project teams, site managers, and subcontractors Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Driving health 'safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites Overseeing contract administration, cost control, and reportingWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry Strong background in managing build projects up to £5million Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Scottish building regulations and construction contracts Full UK driving licenseWhat's On Offer?
