The post holder will provide a proactive, comprehensive administration and reception service which will include welcoming young people and families/carers to the clinic, handling telephone enquiries, actioning email requests, data entry, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, and other general office duties. A high level of organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required along with good IT skills. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Main Duties of the JobThe post holder will be working alongside a team of Administrators, Administration Team Lead, Team Managers, and Clinical Managers with allocated duties to support the administration function for this team. A good knowledge of Microsoft packages and typing qualifications are essential for this role.
