Were enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future for all, and working hard to decarbonise the planet for generations to come.About the roleReporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, as Talent Acquisition Manager you will:Oversee and optimise recruitment and selection processes within Drax.Attract, assess, and hire top-quality diverse talent that aligns with Draxs strategic objectivesCollaborate closely with senior stakeholders and HRBPs as trusted advisors on TA-related strategies.Create annual fulfilment strategies and oversee the fulfilment of roles across career levels (CL) 1 to 8.Manage the recruitment process for executive and leadership hiring at career levels 1 and 2.Manage a team of Talent Acquisition SpecialistsLead by example and instil excellence in teams, using data-driven insights for performance management and efficiencies.This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity. Travel between sites will be required.Who were looking for:Were looking for an inspirational leader with a track record of managing and coaching high performing teams.
