Outdoor Learning Leader - Youth Support Work in the Outdoors Youth Options is expanding, and we are looking for experienced Outdoor Learning Leaders with a passion for supporting children and young people, leading teams and delivering quality services to join our growing charity. The Role As an Outdoor Learning Leader you will work as part of a team and individually to support, develop and engage children and young people to realise their abilities, aspirations and make a valuable contribution to their communities through Forest School and Outdoor Learning. You will be working across a number of projects which support young people in a variety of settings including New Park Farm, Totton, New Forest, Itchen Valley Country Park, Outdoor Learning Centre in Eastleigh and school sites. Contract Type: Permanent, part time Hours: 18 to 32 hours per week; ranging from 8.30 to 5.30pm, 32 hours over 5 days Location: Outdoor Learning Centre, Totton (Travel to other sites and schools required) Report to: Team Leader Salary: 23,809.50 starting salary, pro rata Why work for Youth Options?
