Estimator / Senior EstimatorLocation: Hybrid Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Burton, or BirminghamSalary: Competitive with benefitsContract Type: Permanent, full-time (MondayFriday, 08:3017:00)The RoleWere working with a highly regarded contractor in the social housing sector, who are looking to expand their pre-construction team with the addition of an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator. With flexibility to be based out of Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Burton or Birmingham, youll be part of a collaborative commercial team delivering accurate and competitive pricing for refurbishment projects across the UK.This is a hybrid role offering 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The position is focused on pricing social housing refurbishment schemes from first principles including kitchens, bathrooms, rewires, externals, and other planned works.
