Business Development Manager 40,000 Lincolnshire Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a business which through continued growth require a Business Development Manager.This role is crucial to driving growth and expanding their market presence.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development and marketing strategies and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implement marketing initiatives and enhancing our overall market position. Duties include: Identify and pursuing new business tender opportunities by exploring online tender portals, expressing interest, reviewing tender opportunities, download the necessary documents and submitting proposals.Production of high-quality submissions to support the business's winning work and project delivery activities, meeting deadlines.Ensure all submissions follow corporate guidelines and branding where possible and are technically correct.Create bespoke presentations where needed, organograms, visuals and case studiesDevelop and maintain the company website, social media presence and advertising.Develop company branding to enhance visibility and reputation. Maintaining the company QA System.
