Primarily responsible for nurturing key accounts and development accounts, you will also be supporting the sales and marketing activity. You will have a strong customer focus for both new and existing business, indirectly supporting the Operations and Sales Directors with generating recurring, repeatable revenues. Youll be responsible for:Confidently leading on customer project coordination to deliver exceptional experiences, ensuring the client feels nurtured throughoutUtilisation and ongoing development of an efficient project management tool to ensure visibility of all projects (current and past) and tasks associated with them, to improve reporting on project status, projects by client, and better track profitability of a project and, to use automations to ease manual workloadDeveloping client project plans covering all details of logistical delivery to support the client and the consulting team through their programmeDelivering on the logistical elements of client project plans including setting up psychometric assessments and sharing the results with attendees and the facilitator/coach as required, authoring pre-work communications, reviewing externally designed materials to ensure they are following brand guidelines, sending out evaluation data sets and collating the data ready for programme reviewCollating and submitting information regarding expenses for client delivery to ensure these are charged back to the client in a timely mannerDesigning and developing clear processes to ensure that client delivery is consistently excellent and efficient, using automations where possibleEnsuring the CRM is up to dateProject coordination and some execution of the marketing strategy (ensuring collateral is being produced to schedule and setting up email campaigns)Collating and analysing customer feedback to inform marketing and sales strategy, which in turn evolves our consulting and product offerCoordination of our team of Youniques, including scheduling connection eventsSupport with collateral updates (e.g. Younique bios etc)Scheduling support for Directors as part of delivery or business developmentAdditional operational support as required including but not limited to supplier management and information securityThe youWere looking for someone with a real passion for nurturing successful and long-lasting customer relationships that drives impact through our solutions!
