Job Description The Real Estate Solicitor will be: Managing lease renewals, licenses to alter, assignments, and other key real estate transactions. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements with a keen eye for detail and commercial impact. Conducting due diligence and preparing reports in line with internal real estate guidelines. Keeping up to date with legal developments and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, offering expert legal support. Contributing to business development initiatives, including client presentations and networking. The Successful Applicant The Real Estate Solicitor should be: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years PQE in real estate. Experienced in handling lease transactions, drafting property agreements, and conducting due diligence. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills. A proactive and commercially minded team player with excellent communication abilities.
