The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming while assisting in food preparation and serving the school community. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Young people during midday meals Be aware of child protection and safeguarding requirements Have experience with secondary aged pupils and be able to interact with them confidently Promoting good behaviour and maintaining the standards of the schools expectations Reporting concerns to the relevant people in school To liaise with Heads of year and senior team as needed To ensure young people are being kind towards one another Desirable Skills and Qualifications: Confidence around young people Good communication Skills Ability to interact positively with pupils. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
