Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager. Take your next career step with us and you can make a real difference to the education and research sectors.About the team:The security team, part of Group CTO, protects UK Education and Research against a wide range of cyber security threats, supporting our members and customers in improving their digital resilience. Our products and services are currently organised into five principal groups: Protective services, Professional services, Product, Architecture and engineering, and Service.About the role:This exciting role sits within the Service team.As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the team in the provision of its cyber security services to Jisc members. This role is key to the ongoing development and success of the Service Team, and requires someone with bags of enthusiasm and amazing organisational skills.Responsibilities will include: Assisting the Service Managers in the day to management of the allocated services. Preparing quotations for Service contracts and renewals to members. Assisting the Service Managers in the onboarding of new members on to Jisc services. Liaising with other groups within Jisc to develop appropriate processes and procedures for the efficient management of the services, and to ensure the timely processing of customer applications and queries. Liaising with the Jisc member community at all levels to carry out ongoing service reviews to ensure services continue to meet user requirements, and manage changes as required. Organising internal and external meetings, as necessary, to assist in the provision of Jisc services. Ensuring accurate documentation and distribution of minutes of meetings to ensure all actions are captured and assigned to the relevant parties.Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience within a customer service role. Previous experience in a Co-ordinator role. Previous experience working within an IT environment. Familiar with OLAs and SLAs. Strong customer service focus. Flexible in approach and able to adapt to new situations easily, using your excellent time management skills.
