This is an 8 month FTC covering maternity leave.Key Tasks and AccountabilitiesTo deliver budgeted revenues on an annual basis to maximise profitability of the UK market.Establish the Camira brand as the leading partner for A&D market by promotion of the Camira philosophy and brand portfolio.Identify opportunities to generate sales and raise the profile of our products to ensure delivery against budgets and strategyIdentify major projects for specification and collaborate with the OEM Area Business Managers to maximise profitabilityBuild & maintain excellent relationships with interior designers in order to track projects ensuring that Camira are recognised at an early stage and also finally specifiedRemain commercially aware of the UK contract interior market to inform business strategyTo adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health 'safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements.Knowledge and aptitudes requiredDesign degree qualification or equivalent experience.Experienced in the A&D market promoting commercial upholstery fabricsClear understanding of commercial upholstery and panel fabrics including specifications and technical requirementsProven experience in generating interest in products & brands and turn this interest into long-term business relationships with the target-group.Ability to carry out planning, reporting and administration for the area of responsibility.Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Software packagesPersonal CompetenciesAbility to establish lasting working relationships with Architects & DesignersFriendly with excellent listening skills allowing for a consultative approachStrategic thinker who is commercially astuteWorks with initiative to deliver solutionsPassionate and client focusedSelf-driven with a results orientationInfluencing skills with the ability to “story tell”Additional RequirementsThe role will aim to have a minimum of 10 client meetings per week.There will be occasional visits to international trade fairs of up to 1-week duration.Home based role so there is a requirement to have space to establish an office and safe dry place to store sample material.Full driving licenceEmployee BenefitsLife AssurancePension with Employer Contribution of 4%Private Medical Insurance (Single Cover)Company Car or Car Allowance Camira Values Our success lies in our customer’s success.
