Role Responsibilities Lead and support a production team to deliver top-quality results on time Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment What Were Looking For Experience in a high-volume automotive or manufacturing environment A natural leader and role model with strong communication skills A problem-solver who thrives under pressure Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices Strong literacy, numeracy, and technical skills Passion for teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement Rotating Shifts: AM 6:00am till 14:00pm and early finish on Friday at 13:10pm PM 14:00pm till 22:30pm and early finish on Friday at 18:20pm If youre looking for an opportunity to step up, make an impact, and grow your career, wed love to hear from you!
