I have a fantastic opportunity for multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a heavy, high-volume production site in Bilston near Wolverhampton. My client is well established within its field and produces some big brand products for the likes of Screwfix, B&Q and Wickes. In this role you will be in charge of all planned and preventive maintenance on site.This position would be ideal for someone with plant maintenance skills and a good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. You will be working a days only shift pattern (see below), and you will be paid a lifestyle bonus of 47 for every weekend day worked (excluding overtime). This will take your salary to around 51,074.Maintenance Engineer Benefits:48,626.401 (51,074 incl. lifestyle bonus). OT at premium rates (x1.5).47 lifestyle payment (paid every rostered weekend day).5% matched pension.Good training and progression routes.29.5 days holiday.Days only.Maintenance Engineer Duties include:Days only (Week 1 Tuesday to Friday 8hrs per day / Week 2 Wednesday to Friday 8hrs per day & Saturday & Sunday 12 hrs per day).Make improvements to production.Preventive maintenance checks.To maintain manufacturing machinery.Ensure all data recording is completed accurately.Installation work.Maintenance Engineer Requirements include:Recognised Engineering Qualifications.Hydraulics and Pneumatics is essential.Welding and fabrication.Ability to use lathes, millers, grinders.Controls knowledge advantageous (Siemens S7).Heavy engineering background.Strong fault-finding abilities.Please apply find out more about this fantastic role.This Maintenance Engineer position is commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Bilston, Wednesbury.
