We're looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented accountant to play a key role in delivering a high-quality accounting service in a fast-paced, evolving environment.As an accountant at Bromford, you'll contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of our accounting functions. You'll work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and process improvements that enhance our financial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving efficiency and innovation within a collaborative and supportive team.Your role will include managing key accounting areas such as fixed assets, VAT & CIS accounting, income and accruals, balance sheet reviews, payroll accounting, and journal compliance. You'll also play a critical role in period-end processes, budget and forecast analysis, and external reporting requirements. With a strong technical background, you'll ensure data accuracy across multiple sources, work on continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to compliance with accounting standards and policies.This role is permanent and full time. You will be based from our main office in Wolverhampton with regular home working available.
